Our Founding And Mission
Jordan Campbell, Ron Miller, Josh Payne and Daniel Sepulveda founded Campbell Miller Payne, PLLC, out of a heart for individuals who were misled and abused – many as children – into psychological and physical harm through a false promise of “gender-affirming care.” We exist to speak up for these victims, assert their rights, and pursue justice.

Understanding the sensitive nature of our clients’ claims, which involve being harmed and misled by medical professionals they trusted, we are devoted to acting with compassion, integrity, and candor in all aspects of the attorney-client relationship. Our Team
Jordan Campbell, Founding Partner
Jordan’s strong sense of justice and compassion for others led him to enter the practice of law. Despite enjoying his previous practice in complex commercial litigation, Jordan found a calling in law that he was truly passionate about when he began representing the detransitioner community against health care providers who misled his clients and caused them life-altering harm.
Ron Miller, Founding Partner
Ron is passionate about service to others. After a career in the military and litigating at some of the world’s most elite law firms, Ron felt called to serve in an even more impactful way. As a result, he co-founded Campbell Miller Payne, PLLC, and now advocates for the growing community of vulnerable adolescents and young adults who have suffered injury from “gender-affirming care.”
Josh Payne, Founding Partner
Josh co-founded Campbell Miller Payne, PLLC, because he saw a need for legal representation in the detransitioner community. He is passionate about representing individuals who were misled, often as teenagers, into life-altering procedures that inhibited their development as human beings and caused lasting harm. Josh draws on his experience in complex and public interest litigation.
Daniel Sepulveda, Counsel
Daniel helped launch the firm in response to a call to assert and defend the rights of individuals harmed through gender-affirming care. After a career in the NFL, which included a Super Bowl championship, Daniel embarked on a new professional path as an attorney and is passionate about pursuing justice for his clients.
